Shipping and delivery

All our items are made to order to ensure perfection and minimize waste.

Shipping times

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hongkong/Japan. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours.

Orders need 2-4 days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

Country/Region

• USA-Canada: 7-14 business days
• Europe: 8-15 business days
• Rest Of The World: 8-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Please note that delays of up to 10 business days may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Prices

• Standard Delivery - $8.99 | Free for orders above $70
• Express delivery - (5-8 business days from dispatch) - $18.99

Shipping cost already includes customs/import fees, so there is no need to charge additional customs/import fees.

Tracking

All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.

If you have ordered multiple items, and your order contains Magnetic Power Bank(s), Magnetic Power Bank(s) will ship separately from the rest of your order.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations.
